Welcome to the glow up.

A citywide cleanup + cookout on Saturday, October 3rd

Step 1: The Sign Up

If you'd like your company, community group, church, school, motorcycle club, etc., to participate in the event, fill out this form. We'll contact you with more information and help you select a cleanup location in Pine Bluff.

If you're flying solo and just want to get involved, click this link to find the cleanup location nearest you.

Step 2: The Delivery

The week before the event, we'll deliver a care package with everything you need to clean up litter in your community:

  • Trash Bags

  • Work Gloves

  • Safety Vests

  • Reacher/Grabbers

  • Bottled Water

Step 3: The Cleanup

10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

On the morning of the event, you'll distribute cleaning supplies to your volunteers. They'll clean up litter, then return their filled trash bags and supplies back to you. The city will pick up the trash bags, and you'll hold onto those returned supplies.

And this part's important: Don't let any volunteers take their grabbers home. Just stick them in a closet—the grabbers, not the volunteers—and save them for your next cleanup event.

Step 4: The Parking

There's no street parking at the cookout in Central Park, but you can park nearby in the Southeast Arkansas College parking lots.

When you arrive at the college, you can take a transportation shuttle to the park, or you can enjoy a 1/2-mile walk along a path cordoned off by the Pine Bluff Police Department.

Step 5: The Cookout

1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

The cookout is a celebration of everything you've accomplished with your colleagues, friends, and neighbors. Use it as an opportunity to network with local businesses and connect with civic-minded residents.

You can expect hot food, cold drinks, a live DJ, bounce houses, face painting, volleyball, horseshoes, spades, dominoes, sack races, tug-of-war, pickleball, cornhole, and more.

Portable toilets and handwash stations are available on site. We recommend you bring lawn chairs or a lawn blanket, since seating at Central Park is limited.
