Welcome to the glow up.

A citywide cleanup + cookout on Saturday, October 3rd

Step 1: The Sign-Up

If you'd like your company, community group, church, school, motorcycle club, etc., to participate in the event, fill out this form. We'll contact you with more information and help you select a cleanup location in Pine Bluff.

If you're flying solo and just want to get involved, click this link to find the cleanup location nearest you.

Step 2: The Delivery

The week before the event, we'll deliver a care package with everything you need to clean up litter in your community:

  • Trash Bags

  • Work Gloves

  • Safety Vests

  • Reacher/Grabbers

  • Bottled Water

Step 3: The Cleanup

10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

On the morning of the event, you'll distribute cleaning supplies to your volunteers. They'll clean up litter, then return their filled trash bags and supplies back to you. The city will pick up the trash bags, and you'll hold onto those returned supplies.

And this part's important: Don't let any volunteers take their grabbers home. Just stick them in a closet—the grabbers, not the volunteers—and save them for your next cleanup event.

Step 4: The Parking

After you've cleaned up, head on over to the Harbor Oaks Golf Club parking lot in Pine Bluff Regional Park. It's two miles north of downtown Pine Bluff on Harbor Oaks Drive.

Since the cookout is right across the street, it's easy to bring a bowl of potato salad, a portable grill, or anything else you'd like to share with your team.

Step 5: The Cookout

1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

The cookout is a celebration of everything you've accomplished. Use it as an opportunity to network with local business owners and civic-minded residents, or just enjoy the fall weather along the banks of the Arkansas River. You bring your family, and we bring the following:

  • Local food trucks

  • Free food plates for children and seniors

  • Chips and soda

  • Tables and chairs

  • Portable restroom facilities

SEARK Athletics will provide games and activities for your kids, and the Pine Bluff Police Department will provide public safety.
